Everything in Bronze plus:

  • Monthly errands to help with doing things on your behalf at the property. For example:

    • “Can you double-check that I closed all of the air-vents?”

    • “Can you switch off the heaters?”

    • “Did I leave my wedding ring on the kitchen counter?!”

    • “Can you arrange servicing of my boiler?”

    • “Can you restart the internet box?”

  • Check-in / check-out before you arrive and after you leave to ensure utility services are switched on or off as you prefer.

  • Monthly property inspections and reporting of any damage with photographs.

  • English translation and liaison services for up to 2 hours per month via email or voice.

Everything in Silver plus:

  • Weekly errands.

  • House cleaning at check-out and at check-in, including moving your pre-sorted rubbish to the rubbish collection facilities.

  • Organise removal and cleaning of towels and bed linen on leaving, and making up beds prior to arrival.

  • Organising a “first shopping run” to ensure the essentials are in your refrigerator and larder before you arrive.

  • English translation and liaison services up to 5 hours per month via email and voice.

Snow Clearing Plans

We are able to offer snow clearing services that meet with your requirements. Due to the complexity, variety of property designs and preferences of clearance, we ask that you contact us for a quote.

The following will be taken into account:

  • Size of property

  • Frequency of clearing

  • Number of roofs

  • Garage clearance

  • Clearance of entrance-ways, porches, balconanies or any other extraneous areas.
